The Experience

The sessions offered are crafted to suit the individual or group, utilizing techniques such as intention setting, breathwork, vibration, and sound frequencies. The recipient is invited to enter a deep state of relaxation while the restorative sounds and vibrations of various instruments harmonize the body and mind. 

 

Physical Body: The sound and vibrations permeate the body massaging and balancing the organs, tissues, cells, bones, blood and muscles. Often recipients will feel a release of tension in different parts of the body throughout the session.

 

Mind: the brainwaves begin to entrain with the sound waves slowing the mind down from beta state to alpha and theta states inspiring a deep state of relaxation and bliss. Occasionally, recipients fall asleep during the session, which is an indicator that a deep level of relaxation has been achieved.

The Himalayan (also known as Tibetan) singing bowls are handmade by local artisans in Nepal. These artists have been making singing bowls for this purpose and in this way for many generations. Each bowl is created in a unique musical key from A - G.

 

1:1 Sound Sessions

The experience starts with light breathwork and intention setting. The recipient is invited to relax while lying down with the singing bowls placed around the body. The bowls are arranged by musical key and aligned with the body's energy centers. It is recommended to allow 2 hours for a session to leave space for integration.

*Many can experience results after just one session. However, as with any alternative modality, it is encouraged to commit to 3 - 6 sessions to see changes and lasting improvements. See packages offered here.

Group Sound Sessions

The experience starts with light breathwork and intention setting. The recipients are invited to relax while lying down with the singing bowls placed around the group, or amplified at a distance. It is recommended to allow 90 minutes for a session to leave space for integration.
